Why share a beer with friends when you can share a woman AND a beer with them? It makes sense to me - obviously the censors don’t like to share.

Even though it’s an awesome advert - I bet it would be pretty awkward to watch if it came on while watching TV with family… so I guess maybe it WAS a good idea not to air it!
